Relocated "Design Patterns"

I just noticed that there's a section named "Design patterns" that contain the following items "Event Driven Programming", "Singleton", "Self Defense in Game Development", "Standard Game Object/Function names". Only "Singleton" is actually a real design pattern, the others are more in the programming priciples/techinques genre. So I've restructured the links a bit, let me know if you think I'm doing something wrong here --Sion 16:59, 8 December 2005 (EST)

Make "Design Patterns" an Article Feature, not a Section

If you want to learn more about design patterns for game development or whatever -- people are free to find info here -- but I don't think "Design Patterns" should be a head section. As it is now, it probably misleads people to believe they're a normative thing to do. They're not. Many programmers dislike the practice of design patterns. I don't think it's necessary to go as far as writing a Criticism sub-section -- I can't even criticize them with keeness because they looked like such a bad idea for me to even try -- but despite the wealth of criticism accessible on the web, it'd probably be enough to just make it a freaking link instead of a key section of the Programming Techniques Article.
